One Voice One Team puts great value on the family structure and recognizes it is the core of each young person’s belief system. Teaching youth how to build and maintain healthy relationships is a key element in each program. “Parent Champions” are asked to work in partnership with S.W.O.L.E. staff to give youth the opportunity to shine in and out of school. Parents can also become very involved in fundraising.
