Orlando Bowen - Executive Director - CFL Athlete

Bo (as he is affectionately called) is dedicated to making a real tangible difference in the lives of today’s youth so they can be all they can be for their community, city, and society at large.  From rigorous athletic training programs to cognitive behavior activities, to motivational speaking, there are no limits to what he is prepared to do in order to reach today’s generation to prepare them for their future.  “We go in with positive high energy…we leave with positive high energy and the youth connect because its contagious!”

Nicolle “Coco” Matthews – Program Development & Delivery Specialist

Coco (as she is affectionately called) loves young people and enjoys inspiring youth to face and overcome challenges they face daily.  As a former teenage mother (at age of 17), she knows exactly what its like to struggle with poor self esteem & identity issues and yet has overcome them all.  Coco is a motivational speaker and is passionate about empowering young people to be their very best.

Clifford Ivory – Program Delivery Specialist – NFL/CFL athlete

Clifford is a former NFL/CFL athlete who played for the San Diego Chargers and the Toronto Argos who retired at the pinnacle of his career in order to reach out to young people.  Cliff brings a selfless passion for youth and is 100% committed to see them succeed.  Cliff’s unique style of fusing athletics with heartfelt inspirational talks about real issues have touched the lives of many youth and have established him as a worthy role model for the youth of today.
